...curious about music for coherent breathing?

In 2021, I began exploring breathwork more deeply. After completing trainings in techniques such as coherent breathing and the Buteyko method, I started creating music to support these practices. (More on coherent breathing on my "Breathe & Sax" Tab)

The album "Coherent Breathing" offers a range of tracks designed for coherent breathing, featuring different tempos and variations. Whether you prefer gentle guidance, soothing saxophone, or minimalist soundscapes, you can choose what best fits your rhythm and mood.

The numbers represent the duration of a single breath phase—either inhaling or exhaling. For example, 5s means you inhale for 5 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds, resulting in a 10-second breathing cycle. There are three options: 5s (5 seconds), 5,5s (5.5 seconds), and 6s (6 seconds)—all within the optimal range for coherent breathing.

If you’re unsure which track suits you best, simply start with track 1 and work your way through to track 27. Once you find the one that feels most comfortable, stick with it.

Enjoy the power of conscious breathing!
