Sebastian Grimus, internationally acclaimed saxophonist and certified breath coach, uses his saxophone not just as an instrument, but as a catalyst:

What Is Coherent Breathing?
 

Coherent breathing is a scientifically validated method that aligns breath and heart rhythms. With slow, steady breaths – ideally five to six per minute – the heart synchronizes with the breath. This state, known as heart rate coherence, activates the parasympathetic nervous system: stress is reduced, cortisol levels drop, and a state of clarity and calm arises.
